We aim to promote independence and autonomy, foster recovery, and empower clients to transform their lives. Using a comprehensive approach, we treat the following conditions:

  • Bulimia Nervosa
  • Binge Eating Disorder
  • Compulsive Exercise Disorder
  • Otherwise Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED)

Levels of Care

The most comprehensive outpatient program available, our partial hospitalization program (PHP) traditionally includes six hours of group therapy, five days per week. Clients, ages 16 and older, enrolled in our PHP also receive psychiatric treatment as well as individual and family therapy, as determined by their primary therapist.

IOP is designed to help clients, who are experiencing an increase in distressing symptoms and behaviors or are not progressing in traditional outpatient services. The program also provides a step-down level of care from partial hospitalization programs (PHP). The extra treatment and support foster meaningful improvement and create a solid foundation for clients transitioning to community treatment. Our IOP meets in-person three to five days a week for three hours a day. We also offer a separate IOP for adolescents, ages 12-18.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Hi! I’m Rocky! I have been an RDN for the past 2 years working in acute, long-term care, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings. I graduated from Indiana State University with my B.S. in Dietetics in 2019 and have migrated back to the area to spend more time with family. It has always been my dream job to work with eating disorders – as it has been a goal of mine to pay it forward, be kind to others, and help people to create a more healthful relationship with food.

When I am not at work; I can be found hanging out with my dog, reading, or enjoying the sunshine outside. I look forward to the coming years at Selah, as I will help others reclaim their freedom from ED and to learn how to enjoy food again.
