Our PHP includes intensive psychotherapeutic treatment and support in a less restrictive setting than inpatient care. Clients can participate in a structured therapeutic program during the day while living in the comfort of their own home. The goal is to establish a foundation for long-term recovery support. Our PHP is appropriate for clients who may have one or more of the following symptoms: withdrawal from normal activities; behavioral problems; depression; anxiety struggling with pervasive, psychiatric disorders; at risk of danger to themselves; or at risk of being violent toward others. In PHP, clients attend programming five days per week for six hours per day.

Our Day IOP is designed to help individuals who are experiencing an increase in distressing symptoms and behaviors or are not progressing in traditional outpatient services. The extra treatment and support foster meaningful improvement and create a solid foundation for clients transitioning to community treatment. In our Day IOP, clients attend programming three to five days per week for three hours per day.

Our Program

Licensed clinicians with certifications in evidence-based methods utilize a whole-person approach that incorporates process-oriented therapy, psychoeducational therapy, and experiential therapy including:

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral  Therapy (CBT)
  • Expressive Arts
  • Creative Writing
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Self-Esteem Group
  • Healthy Relationships

Our clinical team creates intensive, customized treatment plans that allows each client to explore new ways to enjoy life. In a supportive and healing environment, we take a whole-person approach to treatment using evidence-based modalities that facilitate progress from clinical care towards independent self-care. Our program provides tailored psychotherapy groups that meet each week to teach our clients practical ways to handle life’s challenges, ensuring they address each client’s needs. Group-based therapy, individual psychotherapy, and family sessions ensure optimal progress in treatment and help improve each client’s quality of life.

The treatment process begins with the primary therapist conducting a comprehensive assessment that, upon permission from each client, includes consultation with the client’s prescriber, psychotherapist, significant others, and other service providers. Our experienced psychiatrists oversee all treatment, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and provide careful medication management as needed. Our psychiatrists communicate with the community prescriber ensuring medication changes fit within their treatment plan. Additionally, we value and foster collaboration with community providers as we serve as an extension of each client’s treatment team. The two-way communication ensures clients receive seamless continuity of care as they transition into and out of our program.
