Levels of Care

Our PHP includes intensive psychotherapeutic treatment and support in a less restrictive setting than inpatient and residential treatment. Clients can participate in a structured therapeutic program during the day while living in the comfort of their own homes and build the foundation for long-term recovery. Our PHP is appropriate for clients who have one or more symptoms: withdrawal from normal activities, behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, autism, psychiatric disorders, or being a risk or danger to themselves. In our PHP, clients attend programming five days a week and for six hours a day.

Our IOP is designed to help individuals experiencing an increase in distressing symptoms and behaviors or who are not progressing in traditional outpatient services. The program provides additional support that fosters meaningful improvement and creates a solid foundation for clients transitioning to community treatment. In our IOP clients attend programming three to five days a week for three hours a day.

Our clinical team creates intensive, individualized treatment plans that allow the client to explore new ways to enjoy life. In a supportive and healing environment, we use various evidence-based and experiential modalities that facilitate progress from clinical care toward independent self-care. Our program provides tailored psychotherapy groups that meet weekly to teach our clients practical ways to handle life’s challenges, ensuring they address each client’s needs. Group-based therapy, individual psychotherapy, and family therapy provide optimal progress in treatment and help improve each client’s quality of life.

The treatment process begins with the primary therapist conducting a comprehensive assessment that, upon permission from each client, includes consultation with the client’s prescriber, psychotherapist, loved ones, and other service providers. Our experienced psychiatrists oversee all treatments, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and prescribe careful medication management as needed. Our psychiatrists also communicate with the community prescriber ensuring medication changes fit within their treatment plan. Additionally, we value and foster collaboration with community providers as we serve as an extension of each client’s treatment team. This two-way communication ensures clients receive seamless continuity of care as they transition into and out of our program.
