Our outpatient facilities provide mental health and eating disorder treatment as either a step down from a higher level of care or as a step up when clients aren’t progressing in traditional outpatient services. We offer partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and virtual intensive outpatient programs.

How Our Referral Process Works

Our Admissions and Business Development teams play important roles in communicating with you, your client, and others involved in their care including family members. Communication is key so we provide a concierge level of service by answering questions and guiding everyone through the steps efficiently, ensuring the appropriate level of detail.

Make A Referral

To begin the process, either reach out to your business development representative or call the location nearest you. Our initial call will focus on gathering key information and answering questions before moving into the pre-admission assessments.

Pre-Admission

During the pre-admission process, our team will work with you to gather specific details we will utilize to determine clinical alignment as well as the required level of care. Financial options for your client and a benefit assessment will also be provided during this process.

At Admission

We know your client’s wellbeing is your primary concern. We are committed to partnering with you to keep you informed with regular status updates. We will notify you when your client has arrived safely and has begun the intake process.

Throughout the Odyssey Outpatient Network, we strive to create an environment that clinical partners feel comfortable referring their clients to. We believe in each client’s ability to heal and enter long-term recovery and understand that to be successful, their clinical partners are a vital part of that recovery.

Our expert treatment team will work closely with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan for your client, and you will receive regular updates on their progress. Additionally, our facilities can provide treatment for clients at various stages of their recovery. Levels of Care

Throughout the Odyssey Outpatient Network, we offer a range of intensity, including partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and virtual intensive outpatient treatment, to help support your client’s` unique clinical needs on their road to recovery.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The most comprehensive outpatient program available, our partial hospitalization program (PHP) traditionally includes six hours of group therapy, five days per week. For specific details by facility, you can visit our Locations Page. Clients enrolled in our PHP also receive psychiatric treatment as well as individual and family therapy, as determined by their primary therapist.

Intensive
Outpatient
Program (IOP)

IOP is designed to help individuals who are experiencing an increase in distressing symptoms and behaviors or are not progressing in traditional outpatient services. The extra treatment and support foster meaningful improvement and create a solid foundation for clients transitioning back to traditional outpatient treatment. Our IOP includes high-level group therapy for a set number of hours and days per week, which varies by facility.

Virtual Levels of Care

Day Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (V-IOP): Our day V-IOP is a convenient and COVID-safe option that allows participants to join our in-person IOP programming virtually and meets a set number of hours and days per week, which varies by facility.

Evening V-IOP: Provided throughout several states, our evening V-IOPs offer impactful online programming that’s ideal for those that are working, in school, or unable to travel or attend treatment during the day. Learn more here.
